After the separation of St. Louis City and St. Louis County in 1876, a new government was established in Clayton. This is a list of the first marriages recorded in the new government center.

Copies of the original records are available at the St. Louis County Government Center or on microfilm at St. Louis County Library History and Genealogy department.
