| 1826 | Carondelet sells 1,800 acres of land to the United States Government for $5. The land eventually becomes Jefferson Barracks |
| 1832 | Eiler’s survey establishes the boundaries of Carondelet and it is incorporated as a town. |
| 1870 | On April 7, the City of Carondelet is annexed by the City of St. Louis |
