Second Catholic Graveyard Map

This cemetery no longer exists. This cemetery was where all the 1831 removals from the First Catholic Cemetery were ordered. According to the 1849 Encyclopedia of St. Louis, it was full by 1849. The remains were transfered from here to Rock Spring or St. Bridget of Erin. This resulted in some Methodists being buried in a Catholic Church.
