As a dedicated genealogist specializing in French ancestry, I offer expert services tracing the rich history of French migration from Quebec, Canada, down the Mississippi River to New Orleans, Louisiana. With a deep understanding of the historical context and access to extensive archives, I meticulously research and uncover the stories of your ancestors. My expertise includes navigating Quebec’s detailed church registers and civil documents, as well as Louisiana’s land grants, census data, and naturalization records. Additionally, I utilize the Kaskaskia Manuscripts from the Illinois colony, which include marriage contracts, wills, and other notarial records for critical vital records of the early French existence, in this area. Whether you’re looking to piece together your family’s journey or discover the lives they led in their new homeland, I am committed to providing thorough and insightful genealogical research that brings your heritage to life. Let me help you connect with your past and preserve your family’s legacy for future generations. | |
